What we ask
- Master’s degree in Business, Data, Technology or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in commercial enablement, CRM/MarTech, analytics or digital transformation in a global B2B environment
- Based in the Netherlands and within reasonable commuting distance of Amersfoort (minimum two days per week on-site), with strong English communication skills.
- Proven ownership of CRM programs (preferably Salesforce) with strong focus on adoption, data quality and process excellence
- Experience in defining data strategies, governance and translating business needs into analytics and dashboards
- Strong track record in driving AI adoption and change management across complex stakeholder environments
- Commercially driven, structured and influential leader with strong communication skills

- Salary between €7,700 and €10,450 gross per month (full-time), depending on experience and fit for the role.
- A work week of 32 to 40 hours, 15% bonus, 8% holiday allowance and a pension scheme.

Vacancy description
As Commercial Tech & Analytics Lead, you are responsible for building and executing FrieslandCampina Ingredients’ commercial technology and data agenda. You own the Salesforce CRM program from a business perspective, ensuring strong adoption, high data quality and continuous improvement of processes and user experience.
You define and implement a clear commercial data vision and roadmap, creating a single source of truth for performance management. Through dashboards and structured routines, you enable data-driven decision making across the commercial funnel, from lead generation to deal closure and forecasting.
You play a key role in accelerating AI adoption within commercial teams by identifying high-impact use cases, setting up governance and driving training and adoption. At the same time, you enable the evolution of the end-to-end Business Development process by embedding clear funnel definitions, opportunity qualification standards and governance in systems and ways of working.
You work closely with Marketing to ensure strong lead generation handovers and measurable impact, while partnering with Business Development and regional teams to support execution through data, systems and insights. Together with Digital/IT, you translate business needs into a clear delivery roadmap, including automation, process mining and platform improvements. Your impact is visible in improved commercial effectiveness, better decision-making and accelerated growth across global markets.
