Due to its constant growth NewCold is looking to expand the IT Department with someone who will contribute to design and building our organization's future Windows-based infrastructure. Your skills to design Windows server technologies through automation with redundancy, security, auditability and reliability are key for this role.
We expect in-depth knowledge of: Scripting, Automation, and Microsoft Windows Server related technologies such as SQL and Clustering. Knowledge of Ansible, Chef or Puppet is a must as well as overall knowledge and insights on Azure, Azure Local and related hybrid enablement technologies.

- Automating Windows and Linux virtual machines as Arc-enabled servers
- Automating Windows Terminal Servers
- In-depth knowledge of FSLogix
Who are we looking for?
You have:
- HBO or Bachelor’s degree
- 4-10 years relevant working experience for this role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- The ability to adopt new technologies fast
- Proven experience as a Windows DevOps Engineer or similar role, with at least 7 years of hands-on experience in managing Windows-based infrastructures
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (2019, 2022, 2025)
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and clustering
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex system issues
- Knowledge of multiple interacting technology stacks such as networking and Linux
- Proven track record in automation design and execution
- Strong verbal and written communicator in English (any other European Language is a plus)
