About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic Catering Employee to join our Foodbox team. Working from our food truck, you'll help prepare fresh meals, provide excellent customer service, and ensure everything runs smoothly throughout the day. Every day is different, making this the perfect role for someone who enjoys a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve fresh food and drinks to Foodbox quality standards.
- Set up the food truck each morning and ensure all products are fully stocked.
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service with a positive attitude.
- Process customer payments using the cash register.
- Keep the food truck, equipment, and preparation areas clean and organised.
- Receive, check, and store deliveries.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
- Support your colleagues with general catering duties whenever needed.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or food service is an advantage, but not essential.
- A positive, reliable, and proactive attitude.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and small workspace.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene (HACCP experience is a bonus).
- Available to work Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:00.
