Are you ready to take ownership of how projects are delivered across an entire organization?
As our Project Support Lead, you will be at the heart of our Project Management Office (PMO), shaping how we plan, control, and execute complex projects.
You will lead the project support function and ensure that project teams are fully equipped to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You bring structure, insight, and control — turning complexity into clarity.

Lead and develop the project support team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement;

Define, implement, and optimize project control processes (planning, cost control, reporting, document management) across the organization;

Own project planning and cost control frameworks, ensuring accurate schedules, budgets, and forecasts in close collaboration with project teams;

Provide strategic support to projects and tenders, including high-level planning, cost estimation, and performance analysis;

Monitor project performance and proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities, driving efficiency and better decision-making.
Your Team & Stakeholders
You will manage: Project Planning & Cost Control Engineers, Document Controllers and Inspection Coordinators. You will work closely with project managers, engineering, tendering, manufacturing, and procurement teams.
You are a proactive leader with a strong sense of ownership. You thrive in dynamic environments, are comfortable challenging the status quo, and know how to bring structure without slowing things down. You also have:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent experience);

Strong experience in project controls (planning, cost control, or PMO environment);

Proven leadership or team coordination experience;

Experience with tools such as Primavera, MS Project, or similar;

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights;

Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus);

Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Salary between €4000,- and €7000,- based on your experience and qualifications;
