What is the role about?
The Infrastructure team within Datacenter Operations is primarily responsible for delivering a variety of rack solutions that Leaseweb offers, including Dedicated and Colocation racks. Additionally, the team delivers shared racks for housing dedicated servers. They manage the configuration and deployment of network equipment for customers, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key focus areas include occupancy management, datacenter maintenance, and hardware migrations. The team is also involved in testing new hardware and optimizing rack designs to enhance performance and efficiency.

Actively engage in developing, coaching, and mentoring team members to foster growth, improve individual performance, and support them in reaching their potential.
