Job Description:
- Responsible for cleaning rooms, corridors, public areas, and other facilities according to established cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
- Handling the changing of bed linen, towels, and other supplies in the rooms.
- Restocking supplies
- Reporting damages, defects, and other issues to the appropriate department.
- Interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner, fulfilling their requests as best as possible.
- Collaborating with the team to provide an efficient and effective housekeeping service.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in the housekeeping industry, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Familiarity with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently plan tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
