As a Dynamics 365 CE Specialist, you play a key role in designing and configuring CRM solutions that support and improve customer engagement. You work across modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service, and ensure that business requirements are translated into effective, well-designed system configurations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Creating functional designs and configuring Dynamics 365 CE components
- Analyzing and optimizing business processes
- Configuring entities, forms, dashboards, and Business Process Flows
- Designing end‑to‑end customer journeys across multiple modules
- Leading workshops, requirements sessions, and fit‑gap analyses
- Advising clients on platform capabilities and best practices
- Translating requirements into clear user stories and documentation
- Supporting presales activities when needed
- You collaborate closely with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams and contribute to impactful digital solutions within the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
