About the Role
We are a growing European infrastructure investment company currently in an exciting phase of expansion. To strengthen our team in The Netherlands, we are looking for a Senior Acquisition Agent with a strong track record and an established network in one or more infrastructure-related markets.
This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and close deals — independently.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying and developing new acquisition opportunities across your network
- Managing relationships with landowners, operators, and key stakeholders from first contact through to close
- Independently managing your pipeline and hitting agreed targets
- Assessing site and investment attractiveness including commercial and lease terms
- Thinking strategically about market trends and feeding insights into company direction
- Contributing to process improvements and the company's broader investment focus
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 10 years' experience in acquisition, business development, or lobbying
- Background in one or more of: telecoms, renewables, OOH/billboards, EV charging infrastructure, or real estate
- An active, relevant network of owners and operators you can bring to the role
- Strong commercial skills — sales, negotiation, and solid working knowledge of contracts
- Strategic mindset with higher educational background
- Based in The Netherlands, preferably central, west, or north
