Your Role
As Account Manager BeNeLux, you will be responsible for driving profitable business growth across the Benelux region by developing strategic customer relationships, expanding existing business, and identifying new opportunities.
This role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to coordinate complex projects across multiple stakeholders and regions.
- Develop and grow the business in the Benelux region
- Build, manage, and convert a strong commercial pipeline
- Strengthen customer relationships and create Customer Development Plans
- Identify and drive growth opportunities across existing and new accounts
- Support QSR account development and accelerate project pipelines
- Coordinate cross-regional customer initiatives across Europe
- Lead customer projects from opportunity identification through commercialization
- Drive sales performance and monitor KPIs such as Sales, Gross Profit, and Win Rate
- Negotiate pricing agreements and manage commercial conditions, budgets, and rebates
- Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and act as the main customer contact
- Ensure compliance with all applicable ESG, regulatory, and company guidelines
About You
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong experience in B2B Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development (Food & Beverage industry preferred)
- Proven track record in managing and growing complex key accounts
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, negotiation, forecasting, and financial management
- Ability to drive business growth across multiple stakeholders, functions, and regions
- Experience developing and executing Customer Development Plans
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Excellent customer relationship and stakeholder management capabilities
- Fluent in English and Dutch ; German and/or French is a plus
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently within a clearly defined framework
- Experience with SAP, CX systems, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage
