About this vacancy

In this versatile role, you will work at the intersection of administration, data, and customer contact for a major player in the energy sector. Half of your time will be spent on data mutations and improving data quality; the other half will involve direct contact with customers across the Netherlands. No day is the same, and you thrive on that variety.

You will join a dedicated and friendly team where collaboration is key. You will work in a hybrid setup: three days at the office and two days from home.

What will you be doing?

Data and systems

Performing data mutations in systems such as SAP ISU, SAP Matrix, SAP CRM/C4, and IIO
Checking, analyzing, and correcting data
Identifying discrepancies and ensuring accurate data processing

Customer contact

Handling customer contact via phone and written communication throughout the Netherlands
Verifying and correcting missing or unclear customer information
Creating customer profiles based on a script

Processes and work instructions

Working according to existing procedures and contributing to keeping them up-to-date
Collaborating with colleagues on complex issues

What we expect from you

- MBO+ / HBO work and thinking level (starter or 1–2 years of experience) - Affinity with data, systems, and/or the energy sector - Strong communication skills, both oral and written (NL) - Precise, structured, and analytically strong - Proactive and result-oriented mindset - Experience in a customer-oriented or administrative role is a plus - Experience with SAP CRM or other ERP systems is a plus - Affinity with technical environments (electricity, medium or high voltage) is a plus
