Voettekst voor beschrijving van de vacature: The department Product Development Ambient and Concentrated develops dairy drinks and evaporated milks (mainly long life) for Europe, South-East Asia, Middle East and Africa. The internship aims to provide hands-on R&D experience while building personal skills. The activities will be focusing on the processing and analyzing of high protein milk. We would like to build knowledge on recipe requirements and processing on pilot plant scale and the impact on product quality. Learnings will be used for upscaling to factory.
