JOB SUMMARY
CSC’s Global Capital Markets (GCM) team in Amsterdam supports clients across structured finance and securitisation by delivering high-quality administration, investor reporting, and transaction support to clients. As an Associate Transaction Manager, you’ll help ensure accurate reporting, robust controls, and reliable day-to-day execution across a portfolio of transactions. You’ll work closely with finance and legal colleagues and external stakeholders such as investors, auditors, law firms, and other service providers. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in capital markets, structured finance, and investor reporting in the Netherlands. The salary range for this role is €40,000 to €45,000, depending on experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and deliver periodic investor reports for securitisation and structured finance transactions
- Perform and analyse waterfall and derivatives/swap calculations and document outputs clearly
- Ensure reporting and calculations comply with transaction documentation and relevant market standards
- Analyse financial data to produce internal and external reports, statements, and reconciliations
- Act as a day-to-day client contact for administration and investor reporting queries
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Follow operational controls and procedures aligned to ISAE 3402 Type II requirements
Collaborate with Transaction Managers, Accountants, and Lawyers, plus external auditors, law firms, regulators, and other parties

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 0–2+ years of relevant experience (graduates encouraged); interest in structured finance/capital markets
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and financial data
- High attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines
- Clear, professional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to understand and support complex international structures and client requirements
Professional proficiency in English and Dutch (written and spoken)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Exposure to structured finance, securitisation, SPVs, investor reporting, or corporate services
- Experience with waterfall models and/or derivatives/swap-related calculations
- Familiarity with operational controls frameworks (e.g., ISAE 3402 / SOC-type environments)
Strong Excel skills (data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting)
