Responsibilities:
- Coordinating production activities, including planning, tasks assigning, tracking progress, updating procedures, and communicating with OP manager/ Team leaders, PMS and other stakeholders
- Support warehouse EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) rules implementing and assist to main organized & tidy warehouse
- Conducting routine checks to ensure the warehouse is well-organized, tidy, and EHS rules been followed
- Assist to arrange/ provide trainings to warehouse staff, including SOP, system handling, etc.
- Assist weekly/ monthly production related data collecting & analyzing. Adjust product/ manpower plan accordingly and report production progress to management team
- Assist to improve production efficiency
- Other tasks assigned by OP manager or management team
