With your expertise, you will guide multidisciplinary teams, influence technical roadmaps, and drive innovative solutions from concept through industrialization. Your responsibilities are:
Lead the development of complex precision mechanical and mechatronic systems.
Define system architectures and make critical design decisions for high-performance products.
Design and review precision mechanisms, flexure systems, and optomechanical assemblies.
Drive technical excellence in areas such as thermal stability, stiffness, dynamic behavior, and sub-micron positioning accuracy.
Perform and oversee structural and thermal analyses to validate system performance.
Guide Design for Manufacturing activities, ensuring robust and cost-effective solutions.
Mentor and coach engineers, providing technical leadership across projects and disciplines.
Act as a key technical stakeholder for customers, suppliers, and internal development teams.
