Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Technician to join our team. In this role, you will combine technical expertise with sales skills, helping customers choose the best solutions while ensuring smooth installation, repair, or service of devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting products and services.
- Provide technical advice and support during the sales process.
- Install, maintain, and repair devices when necessary.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to achieve targets.
Requirements:
- Technical background, preferably in electronics, IT, or related fields.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing technical roles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Dutch, English is a plus.
