As part of the Store Development team, the Store Improvement Specialist serves as an integral cross-functional coordinator, playing a crucial role in managing snag processes for new store openings and existing upgrades, ensuring timely capture and resolution of snags to enhance operational efficiency. You will develop strategies to reduce communication delays between contractors and retail teams while also coordinating with various departments to streamline procurement processes and facilitate seamless store openings.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
Relevant number of years of experience in Design, Architecture, Construction, or retail development roles with proven delivery experience.
Ability to effectively collaborate with store teams, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and execution.
