About the position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Supply Planning Analyst to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Supply Planning Analyst – Sauces lies within the European and Pacific Developed Markets (EPDM Zone). You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into Planning Senior Manager Category – Sauces. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The delivery of Supply Planning will be your primary responsibility. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within Western Europe Operations.
In brief, you are responsible for:
The Supply Planning Analyst provides analytical support and planning insights to category managers and planners. Maintains planning tools and dashboards, enabling data-driven decisions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive category dashboards to provide real-time visibility into supply chain performance, including metrics such as inventory levels, lead times, and service levels.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify planning performance gaps and opportunities for improvement, including metrics such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and fill rates.
- Support monthly and quarterly category reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement, including reviewing category performance, discussing challenges and opportunities, and developing action plans.
- Assist in inventory and service level diagnostics to identify root causes of issues and develop corrective actions, including analyzing inventory levels, lead times, and service levels to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure reporting accuracy and completeness by developing and maintaining robust reporting processes and procedures, including data validation, data cleansing, and data visualization, to provide stakeholders with reliable and actionable insights.
- Generate insights from data analysis to inform supply chain strategy and optimization initiatives, including identifying trends, patterns, and correlations, and developing predictive models to forecast future performance.
Qualifications
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to apply for this position.
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Masters Degree in in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field
- Proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Excel
- Experienced in planning systems such as OMP and SAP to develop and implement advanced planning systems
- Knowledgeable in supply chain KPIs and reporting
- Possesses strong analytical skills.

- Demonstrates a high level of responsiveness and accuracy in delivering high-quality results, meeting deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
