As EDI Program Lead, you will be responsible for driving the European rollout, governance, and continuous optimization of our harmonized EDI operating model. In this newly created role, you will help shape and further develop the operating model by establishing clear processes, governance, roles, and responsibilities across the region. You will proactively engage with customers, internal stakeholders, and external service providers to accelerate EDI adoption across Europe while creating structure and consistency across the EDI landscape.
The goal of this strategic initiative is to bring more customers onboard with EDI ordering and digital transaction processing. By increasing the use of standardized EDI solutions, we aim to simplify onboarding, lower transaction costs, reduce manual processing, and improve operational efficiency throughout the Order-to-Cash process. You will play a key role in translating this vision into a scalable and sustainable operating model that supports future growth.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the European EDI operating model, including governance, processes, stakeholder alignment, and ways of working that support scalable adoption across the region

Lead the European EDI onboarding and adoption program, engaging proactively with customers to increase the use of EDI transactions across orders, invoices, confirmations, and shipping notifications

Develop and maintain a structured onboarding pipeline, including prioritization, customer communication, stakeholder coordination, and progress tracking

Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing manual processing, onboarding cycle times, transaction costs, and exception handling across the Order-to-Cash process

Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including Customer Service, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, customers, and EDI service providers, to ensure successful implementation and alignment

Monitor EDI performance, analyze KPIs, and provide management with insights and recommendations to improve adoption, operational efficiency, and customer experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred

3-5 years of relevant experience in Order-to-Cash, EDI, e-invoicing, digital transaction management, or process transformation

Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in an international environment

Strong understanding of EDI processes, ERP systems, and business process optimization; SAP experience is preferred

Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
