Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining high presentation standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming guest experience.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and coffee station.
- Restock beverages, coffee supplies, and bar inventory.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Support the restaurant team during busy service periods.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Bartender, Barista, Café Assistant, Beverage Server, or Hospitality Team Member is preferred.
- Passion for coffee, beverages, and exceptional customer service.
- Friendly, positive, and energetic personality.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- English language skills are required; Dutch is an advantage.
