Mission Context
As part of a major industrial project in the energy sector, we are looking for an experienced E&I Site Supervisor to oversee Electrical & Instrumentation activities on site. You will be involved in a complex industrial environment with high standards regarding safety, quality, and construction execution.
Responsibilities

Enforce site safety rules in close collaboration with the HSE department

Monitor site progress in accordance with the project schedule and proactively alert the E&I Superintendent in case of deviations
-
Anticipate upcoming activities at a macro level and monitor all instrumentation activities
-
Assist the Lead E&I Superintendent Supervisor

Support the planner in developing and updating schedules for all construction and pre-commissioning/commissioning activities
-
Monitor the progress of vendors and subcontractors
-
Ensure assembly and installation activities comply with project documentation and specifications
-
Ensure compliance of executed work with applicable quality standards
-
Monitor and evaluate design changes to control quantities and project impacts
-
Assist engineering teams and design offices when required
-
Ensure that all on-site inspections are carried out in accordance with inspection plans, Method Statements (MoS), and Job Safety Analyses (JSA)

Validate E&I progress on a weekly basis with all supervisors using project progress tracking tools

Ensure all required certifications are obtained for plant components, including ATEX certifications

Support the Contract Specialist in validating or rejecting additional work according to contractual requirements

Develop and update technical specifications jointly with the project team based on the scope of work

Conduct subcontractor quality audits together with the Site Quality Manager

Capture lessons learned throughout the project and contribute to the preparation of a final E&I capitalization report

Actively participate in weekly meetings with the engineering department to monitor and resolve anomalies

Contribute to the technical, commercial, contractual, and risk evaluation of supplier quotations

Technical background in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering

Minimum 10 years of successful experience in Electrical & Instrumentation activities on large industrial projects
-
Strong experience in construction supervision and site coordination
-
Solid understanding of industrial safety and quality requirements
-
Experience managing subcontractors and monitoring construction progress
-
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities in an international environment
