Electrical Assembly Employee – Modular Houses

We are looking for motivated Electrical Assembly Employees to work in the production of modular houses. This is a great opportunity for candidates with electrical knowledge, practical skills and experience in assembly or technical installation work.
In this role, you will support the assembly, disassembly and renovation of modular housing units, working according to instructions, safety procedures and technical drawings.
Main responsibilities:
- Assemble semi-finished products into components or complete modular units
- Perform damage-free disassembly, renovation and assembly work
- Work according to instructions, planning and non-complex technical drawings
- Carry out electrical installation tasks, including pulling cables, installing lighting, connecting switches and power outlets
- Perform insulation resistance testing of electrical installations, cabling and components
- Use tools correctly and responsibly
- Register/log work before and after project completion
- Check assembled units for dimensions, quality and functionality
- Report deviations, defects or uncertainties to the Coordinator
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized workplace
- Follow company safety, health, environmental and quality procedures
- Participate in daily start-up meetings
Electrical tasks include:
- Cable pulling
- Lighting installation
- Switches and power outlet connections
- Basic electrical installation work
- Insulation resistance testing / megger testing
- Checking cabling and components for possible faults or leakage currents
Requirements:
- Valid NEN 3140 certificate, or willingness to obtain one
- Certification can be arranged if needed
- Proven experience or solid knowledge of electrical installation work
- Experience with insulation resistance testing / megger testing
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions and working drawings
- Awareness of safety, quality and environmental procedures
- Proactive, flexible and reliable working attitude
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
