As an Environmental Science and Sustainability Consultant at TMC, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work on diverse projects for renowned clients in the North Brabant and South Netherlands regions. In this role, you will make a significant contribution to sustainable projects within civil engineering. These projects can range from environmental impact assessments, climate adaptation initiatives, sustainable urban development, energy projects, to the sustainability of infrastructure. You will closely collaborate with clients such as consulting and engineering firms, municipalities, and provinces to embed sustainability into their projects. Your responsibilities include: - Advising governments and companies on complying with environmental laws and regulations; - Drafting and assessing environmental impact reports (EIAs) and other environmental studies; - Developing sustainable solutions and technologies within civil engineering projects; - Guiding sustainability audits and monitoring environmental performance; - Coordinating permitting processes and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
