Role: Waiter - Front of the house
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused waiter to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring guests have a great dining experience.
Key Responsibilities (Service & Guest Experience First)
- Welcome guests and seat them appropriately
- Present menus and recommend dishes and drinks
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve meals and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
- Handle customer requests and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Follow health and safety standards at all times.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience as a waiter is necessary, at least 1 year of proven experience
- Good communication skills in Dutch
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and teamwork
- Availability on weekends/evenings
