As an Operations Controller at Postillion Hotels, you play a key role in the hotel’s operational and administrative management. You ensure that processes run smoothly, maintain control over budgets and financial administration, and make sure the right information is available to the various departments in a timely manner. You prepare clear reports, identify bottlenecks, and recognize opportunities for optimization. In doing so, you actively contribute to further strengthening our slogan: attention with impact.
In addition, you are the point of contact for HR-related matters within the hotel. This includes guiding the onboarding process for new colleagues, managing contracts, recording absenteeism, and monitoring time registration and staff schedules. You handle confidential information carefully and discreetly and know how to set priorities in a dynamic hotel environment. Together with different departments, you continuously work on improving processes and maintaining structure and oversight.
