We are looking for an experienced and agile HR Business Partner who enjoys working in an international environment and making a real impact across multiple European countries. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and HR colleagues, partnering to align people strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to drive talent management, succession planning, and organizational development

Drive employee engagement by analyzing HR metrics and survey results to enable targeted actions that improve performance and employee experience

Lead the performance management cycle, coaching managers on goal setting, feedback, performance reviews, and employee development

Facilitate talent review and calibration forums, identifying high-potential talent and succession opportunities

Advise managers on employee relations while ensuring compliance with Spanish and Italian employment legislation

Support organizational design, workforce planning and change management

Collaborate with HR teams to deliver strategic HR programs and ensure consistent implementation of people policies and best practices

Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights that improve organizational performance and the employee experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within an international environment

A proactive, solution-driven mindset with a hands-on approach

Strong experience in performance management, employee engagement, and talent review processes

Solid understanding of Spanish and Italian employment law
-
Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Italian is considered an advantage
