Floor Supervisor Position
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, maintaining service standards, coordinating team performance, and supporting smooth business functioning across all guest-facing and operational areas.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee front of the restaurant operations and ensure efficient daily service.
2. Curate and maintain a high-quality guest experience.
3. Manage bar operations and ensure standards of service, hygiene, and stock control.
4. Handle daily ordering and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
5. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
6. Oversee housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
7. Manage reservations effectively to optimize seating and guest flow.
8. Track and respond to guest feedback in a professional and timely manner.
9. Work closely with kitchen, service, and support teams to ensure smooth operations.
10. Train, guide, and supervise staff to maintain service quality and operational excellence.
Skills Required
1. Strong experience in bar and restaurant management.
2. Expertise in guest experience curation.
3. Hands-on knowledge of front of house operations management.
4. Good understanding of daily ordering and inventory management.
5. Strong housekeeping management skills.
6. Experience in reservations management.
7. Ability to manage and respond to guest feedback effectively.
8. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Preferred Qualifications
· IHM/equivalent graduate.
· 5 -8 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant.
· Prior experience in a restaurant, café, bar, or hospitality environment.
· Proven ability to manage teams and multi-task under pressure.
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
· Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.

Qualifications
Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in food service or restaurant settings
Demonstrable bartending experience, with excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
Knowledge of POS systems such as Lightspeed is a plus
Good communication skills in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages such as Hindi is a plus
Basic knowledge of food handling, food safety, and food preparation is required
Strong organizational and time management skills to work efficiently during peak periods
Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Guest-focused attitude with good interpersonal skills
Experience with cash handling and cashiering is a plus
