Financial Administration Officer
About the role
We are looking for a Procurement & Financial Administration Officer to join our team across our Weert and Holtum locations. In this role, you will support the end-to-end procurement process as well as financial administrative activities, ensuring materials and services are available on time, purchase orders and invoices are processed accurately, and customer and supplier administration is completed in a timely and compliant manner. Key responsibilities

Create and process purchase orders (POs) in line with company procedures.

Validate transport-related purchase orders (POs) to ensure accuracy and compliance before processing.

Track orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.

Request quotations from suppliers and compare offers to support purchasing decisions.

Obtain Proof of Delivery (POD) documents when required.

Process supplier invoices and ensure correct matching with purchase orders and receipts.

Request credit notes from suppliers when needed and follow up until completion.

Support the monthly purchase order closing process.

Prepare customer invoices in cooperation with colleagues, ensuring accurate and timely billing.

Validate billing data before customer invoices are issued, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

Resolve customer invoice discrepancies in collaboration with the relevant departments.

Ensure procurement and financial administration documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Maintain accurate supplier, procurement, and financial administration records in company systems.

Perform general administrative tasks related to procurement and financial administration.

Support cost control initiatives and identify opportunities to improve purchasing efficiency.

Resolve order discrepancies, returns, invoice mismatches, and supplier-related issues.
What we offer

A competitive starting salary between €2.732, - and €3.393, - with growth opportunities up to €4.055, - gross per month. Depending on your knowledge and experience

8% holiday pay, calculated on your gross salary.

What we're looking for

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Good communication skills with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, or administration is an advantage.

Comfortable working with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.

Good command of English and Dutch.

Hands-on attitude and team-oriented mindset.
