At VerdNatura, we are looking to hire a Warehouse Operator for our operations team in the Netherlands. The selected candidate will manage goods at the destination warehouse, ensuring that preparation and loading processes run smoothly. We are seeking a dynamic, committed individual with great teamwork skills.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Goods Management: Organizing and sorting flowers, plants, and accessories.
Order Preparation: Picking and preparing products according to quality standards.
Loading and Unloading: Controlling inbound and outbound goods while optimizing space.
Maintenance: Ensuring order, cleanliness, and safety within the workplace.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in logistics or warehousing (experience in the fruit/vegetable or flower sector is a plus).
Dynamic, organized profile with attention to detail.
Availability to reside and work stably in the Netherlands.
Basic knowledge of English is valued.
OFFER CONDITIONS
Contract: Stable employment in the Netherlands.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (weekends off).
Salary: €3,000 gross per month.
Accommodation: Managed rental at €750/month (water, electricity, and internet included).
Location: Excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the workplace.
