Account Manager
Workforce Housing International (WHI) – Amsterdam
Workforce Housing International (WHI) is expanding rapidly across Europe, and we’re looking for a people‑focused, commercially minded Account Manager to own client relationships and lead the delivery of accommodation projects. You will be the face of WHI for our clients and guide the project team to ensure smooth execution.
What You’ll Do
- Build and grow long‑term commercial relationships with clients
- Act as the primary point of contact and represent WHI professionally
- Collect and clarify all client requirements once services are confirmed
- Translate client needs into clear project briefs for the project team
- Assign and oversee projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track
- Lead the commercial process - manage pricing negotiations, present solutions, and drive the closing of new projects
Who You Are
- A strong relationship‑builder with excellent communication skills
- Confident and professional when managing client expectations
- Highly organised, able to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Skilled in coordination and comfortable guiding a small team
- Commercially minded with a service‑driven approach
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a strong plus
