About this vacancy

What does your day look like?

In our high-tech environment, the Factory Engineer is responsible for the setup, support, and improvement of the assembly process for complex mechatronic systems and modules. You are the central figure and coordinate with assembly, colleagues from your multidisciplinary project team, and the clients. This means no two days are the same! Additionally, you are responsible for production setup with the goal of optimizing production quality, progress, and efficiency.

Your tasks:

Initiating and executing technical improvement plans and their implementation.
Acting as a technical sparring partner for the client, suppliers, the assembly department, and engineering.
You are responsible for monitoring the quality of the products to be delivered.
You implement and facilitate Lean Manufacturing tools.

What we expect from you

We are looking for a colleague who thinks in terms of possibilities rather than problems—someone who enjoys collaborating with others and takes ownership during projects. - A completed technical HBO/WO degree (Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or Industrial Product Design). - You have a communicative and customer-oriented mindset. - You possess strong analytical skills. - You are accurate, take initiative, and demonstrate ownership. - You are a team player and collaborate effectively. - Minimum B2 level in Dutch.
