What to Expect
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations/Project Manager to join our dynamic Energy and Charging service team. As a member of the Service Operations team, you will be responsible for managing all EMEA Commercial Energy campaigns and the associated subcontractor network required to set the business up for success. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously within the medium voltage and commercial battery storage system sectors. This role requires strong organizational, technical, and communication skills to ensure successful project execution.
What You'll Do
Plan, execute and track internal and external service repair campaigns, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
Develop and write scopes of work and lead RFPs for sub-contractors and other vendors needed by the business
Onboard, Contract and manage sub-contractors, ensuring quality and compliance with project requirements
Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, providing updates and solutions to stakeholders
Develop and lead new processes and procedures in support of BOP program goals
Identify and mitigate risks associated with BOP equipment, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with industry standards/regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with Safety, Engineering and Training teams on electrical safety procedures and best practices that improve the overall performance of managing BOP equipment
Manage relationships and facilitate effective communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
What You'll Bring
B.S or M.S in Electrical Engineering or relevant work experience
5+ years of professional experience in project/program management, operations and maintenance, with a strong focus on O&M of large-scale energy facilities.
Ability to comprehend and execute O&M service agreements, review and assimilate electrical and construction drawings with a strong understanding of commercial battery storage systems and associated balance of plant systems including electrical, mechanical and control components.
Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to industrial electrical projects.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex information and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
