About the Role

As an Sales Representative, you will be responsible for sales, business development and business expansion of Rojo’s product and services portfolio. You will ensure to deliver revenue against a well-defined sales plan which you manage and update against the business metrics provided, by actively reaching out to the right target audience, leveraging your network, using tools and automation to penetrate the right target markets and convert prospects and leads into satisfied customers. You collaborate closely with global partners and colleagues.
You roll out (joint) sales campaigns and you smartly manifest Rojo’s presence through well-orchestrated, targeted sales/ marketing publicity campaigns with our own and partner's marketing departments.
What do you need to succeed?
3-5 years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions; primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business to existing and net new customers
Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and time management skills
In depth competences with software selling methodologies (MEDDIC, BANT, challenger sales, etc)
Understanding application integration and data analytics themes for large globally operating companies leveraging SAP, SnapLogic, Event Driven Architecture and Observability solutions. These are technologies used in Rojo’s software products and services
Good understanding of Integration Market trends and Buy versus Build in the Application Integration Platform Market
As Rojo is growing fast, we’re looking for a can-do mentality, a self-starter that will drive the business and sales-initiatives involving the right resources
Proven track record in delivering sales results through compelling value propositions and executing successfully targeted sales campaigns
Nice to have; a high-quality network and multiple reliable entries in the IT industry
As we operate globally, written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills in English are a must; Dutch is a plus
