The Global Finance Shared Services Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing Dayco’s global shared services finance operations. This role ensures efficient, standardized, and high-quality delivery of finance processes across regions, while driving continuous improvement, automation, and strong internal controls. The position partners closely with regional finance leaders and corporate stakeholders to support business objectives and finance transformation.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead global finance shared services operations across multiple regions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement with a first principles basis.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure service excellence.
- Partner with business units and finance leaders to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, Local GAAP and internal policies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement with a first principles basis.
- Lead and influence the processes of a Global organization.
- Support finance transformation initiatives including system implementations.
- Manage third-party providers and outsourcing relationships where applicable.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience.
- Significant experience in shared services or global business services environments.
- Strong knowledge of AP, AR, GL, and financial processes.
- Experience with ERP systems, strong preference for Epicor CMS.
- Proven leadership experience managing global teams, including indirect reports
