MegaGroup Logistics Services (MGLS), our European Distribution Center, plays a critical role in ensuring efficient and reliable supply chain operations across our network.
As a Warehouse Team Lead (Inbound), you are responsible for leading and coordinating all inbound warehouse activities. You ensure incoming goods are received, inspected, processed, and stored accurately and efficiently, guaranteeing product availability for the order-picking process. You manage daily team performance, monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and create a safe and productive working environment. You report directly to the Warehouse Manager.
WE COUNT ON YOU TO

Lead and supervise the daily inbound operation, including unloading, receiving, inspection, processing, and storage of incoming goods.

Coordinate and prioritize inbound activities to ensure products are available on time for order fulfillment.

Monitor inbound KPIs, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Coach, motivate, and develop warehouse employees while fostering a positive team culture.

Ensure accurate inventory transactions and administrative processing within the WMS system.

Perform quality and quantity checks on incoming goods and resolve discrepancies where necessary.

Collaborate closely with Inventory Control, Outbound Operations, Procurement, and Customer Service to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions to improve warehouse performance.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.

Support workforce planning, onboarding, performance reviews, and training of team members.
WHAT YOU BRING
-
MBO-level education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.

Strong understanding of inbound logistics, inventory management, and warehouse processes.

Experience working with WMS and ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus.

Strong communication, coaching, and people-management skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate KPIs into operational improvements.

Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Experience operating a forklift and/or reach truck, or willingness to obtain certification.

Fluent in Dutch and English. If you speak Dutch as well, that’s a great bonus!
