The Role
We are looking for a passionate and professional Boutique Assistant to join our small team. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for delivering a warm, informative, and engaging experience to every visitor, while supporting the smooth daily operation of the boutique.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, offering knowledgeable and personal service
- Share detailed information about our fragrance collections and brand stories
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Process sales and handle transactions
- Support stock management, restocking, and occasional administrative tasks
- Assist with in-store events or brand activations as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in beauty or fragrance retail (perfume preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Basic Dutch required – any additional language is a strong plus
- Genuine interest in niche and luxury fragrances
- Professional, warm, and customer-oriented demeanor
- Flexible, proactive, and reliable team player
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed
