About the organisation
Within Episode Group, Hemera Textiles B.V. and Gaia B.V. are responsible for the logistics and operational handling of goods for our retail stores and wholesale customers throughout Europe. From inbound processing and stock control to international transport and delivery. Our logistics operation supports a fast-moving retail
organisation and requires structure, accuracy and analytical oversight.
The role
As a Logistics Administrative Coordinator, you are fully focused on the administrative control of our logistics flows. You ensure that goods movements, transport planning and stock data are correctly registered, monitored and reported. You work closely with the warehouse team, transport partners and internal stakeholders. This role is entirely logistics-focused and plays an important part in supporting export and international distribution within a retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Processing orders and logistics transactions in the system;
- Preparing, checking and managing transport documents, including CMRs;
- Coordinating with all EMEA transport partners;
- Supporting the creation and monitoring of transport schedules;
- Monitoring inventory levels and goods flows;
- Coordinating and administratively handling returns;
- Checking transport invoices and supporting correct and timely billing;
- Creating reports and overviews on KPIs, volumes and logistics costs;
- Identifying deviations and contributing to process improvements;
- Coordinating with internal departments such as logistics, retail and
administration.
Profile we are looking for
- MBO level 4 or HBO education, preferably in logistics, supply chain or business
administration;
- Experience in a logistics administrative role is a plus, but motivated starters are
welcome;
- Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working;
- Curious, eager to learn and motivated to grow with the organisation;
- Interest in international logistics and export processes;
- Affinity with a retail-driven environment;
- Comfortable working with systems, data and reports;
- Professional working proficiency in English. Dutch is a bonus, not a requirement.

Salary
€2.750,- to €3.300,- gross per month (based on 40 hours).
