You have at least 3 years experience in similar positions in IT nearshoring or service company

You have a strong proven track record with complex B2B software solutions for mid and large sized customers within the vertical pillars in which we are active.

Experience of selling software products, nearshoring with sales quota attainment of at least €2M per year

Excellent skills to build strong and longlasting relationships with clients

You have a technical background and understanding of how the software lifecycle and development
process goes -
Ability to work organised and track all activities, reporting to director

Strong work drive, drive to perform and grow

You maintain and expand a strong personal network of C-Level

3+ years of business project experience

Professional attitude and work ethics

Good level of English
