We are excited to open an internship position within this team!
During this internship, you will gain hands-on experience within our Talent Management team, contributing to impactful projects at a global level. You’ll support the improvement of our learning platforms, including our Learning Management System, and help enable the rollout of our new Enterprise Resource Planning system from a learning perspective. Along the way, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across HR and the wider organisation, giving you great exposure and the opportunity to build a strong professional network.
In this role, you will:
- Work together with the L&D team on developing and improving our academies
- Explore learning needs across the organisation and help translate these into practical improvements
- Support the creation of e-learnings and other training materials
- Set up and manage training content in our Learning Management System
- Help colleagues with their day-to-day questions related to learning and development

As our new Talent Management intern, you will become part of our global Talent Management team. The goal of the team is to continuously contribute to an organisation where employees feel safe to learn, grow and perform at their best. The team is diverse, with the 13 team members coming from 10 different countries, representing many different cultural and professional backgrounds. The level of professional experience ranges from 1 to 30 years, allowing you to learn from the vast experience of our more senior members, while sharing your early careers journey with fellow juniors as well.
You are a proactive student with strong analytical skills who is comfortable taking initiative. You enjoy working together as a team player while also being able to plan and organise your tasks effectively. In addition:
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business Administration, HRM, Psychology, or a related field (required to be enrolled for the full internship period)
- You have an excellent command of English, enabling you to collaborate in an international environment
- You have strong analytical skills, helping you to approach tasks in a structured and thoughtful way
- You are digitally savvy and eager to explore new and innovative solutions

- Flexibility in working hours, with a preference for a full-time internship, while part-time is also possible
