About the function
What does your workday look like as an operator? As an operator, you ensure that the production process runs smoothly. Together with your colleagues, you start up the production lines, set up the machines, and continuously monitor the quality and progress of production. You carry out checks on weights, metal detection, and product quality, solve minor malfunctions independently, and involve the technical service when necessary.
You also handle the supply and replacement of packaging materials, coordinate the activities on your production line, and actively participate in the production process. At the end of the day, you make sure the production line is clean and ready for the next shift.
You work in rotating shifts, depending on the season. Production also takes place during weekends and public holidays, meaning no workday is ever the same.
