About the role
As a Payment Integration Specialist at ING Bank, you will be the primary technical contact for clients integrating ING's Payment Service Provider (PSP) solution into their online checkout systems. Working closely with Sales, Product and Engineering, you will guide merchant clients throughout the entire customer journey, from technical pre-sales and onboarding to Go-Live and post-implementation support. You will own the technical onboarding process, coordinate internal stakeholders, and ensure a seamless integration experience for ING's Wholesale Banking clients.
Responsibilities

Lead technical integrations and implementations from pre-sales through Go-Live.

Act as the primary technical point of contact for merchant integration teams.

Own the complete customer onboarding lifecycle.

Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams on integrations, troubleshooting and technical documentation.

Provide technical consultancy during product exploration and implementation.

Monitor post-Go-Live performance and drive continuous improvements.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Lead issue resolution and ensure stable operations for integrated clients.
Work environment
You will join ING's Wholesale Banking division, working on a new Collection Solutions product that enables business clients to integrate ING's online payment solution into their own platforms. The team is currently expanding and is looking for a Technical Integration Manager to support merchant onboarding and technical integrations. This is an English-speaking role based at ING's Cedar office in Amsterdam, working in a highly collaborative environment with Engineering, Product, Sales and external merchant clients. Hybrid working applies with two office days per week (Monday and Thursday).
