Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience in IT Support or IT Service Management
Proven experience leading or coaching support teams
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, request, problem, change)
Experience with ServiceNow is required
Experience with IT asset management
Strong customer-oriented mindset
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience in an international or fast-paced environment is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
Located around Eindhoven or willing to relocate
Fluent in English, both spoken and written, Dutch is considered a plus.
