About the team:
Our Supply Chain & Operations teams sit at the heart of our recommerce business, ensuring products move efficiently from customers into our warehouses and back out to new homes across Europe.
As we continue to scale across multiple European markets, we’re investing heavily in building a world-class supply chain — one that’s smart, efficient, and sustainable. This includes expanding our warehouse network, modernising our systems, and strengthening our procurement capabilities.
You’ll work closely with teams across Operations, Sales, Finance, and Technology to design and deliver the infrastructure that supports our next phase of growth.
About the role:
As Head of Supply Chain & Procurement, you’ll lead the transformation of our pan-European supply chain, bringing together warehousing, logistics, and procurement into a unified, scalable strategy.
Reporting to the COO, you’ll shape how products flow through our network across multiple countries, ensuring we operate efficiently, cost-effectively, and ready for future growth.
This role is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll set the long-term roadmap for supply chain operations, including warehouse optimisation, automation, and systems while also working closely with teams on the ground to deliver operational excellence day to day.

Key Goals & Objectives:
- Build and lead a high-performing pan-European supply chain and procurement function.
- Deliver a standardised warehouse operating model across all sites, with clear KPIs and performance benchmarks.
- Improve cost efficiency and supply security through strong procurement and vendor management strategies.
- Develop and implement a warehouse automation and systems roadmap (e.g. WMS, robotics, ASRS).
- Optimise inventory flow, throughput, and capacity planning using data and scenario modelling.
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration between operations, sales, finance, and supply chain teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver a pan-European supply chain strategy covering warehousing, logistics, and procurement.
- Lead the professionalisation of warehouse operations through consistent processes, KPIs, and fulfilment standards.
- Oversee vendor sourcing, supplier relationships, and category management.
- Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency, service levels, and supply resilience.
- Develop and implement automation and technology initiatives across warehouse operations.
- Build, coach, and scale a high-performing supply chain team across multiple sites.
- Use data and analytics to guide inventory management, operational planning, and network capacity.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound product flows.
Drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes and operational performance.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in senior supply chain leadership roles.
- Experience scaling multi-site warehousing and logistics networks across Europe.
- Strong expertise in procurement, supplier management, and category strategy.
- Proven track record of improving warehouse operations, automation, and fulfilment processes.
- Experience implementing or optimising WMS, ERP integrations, or warehouse automation technologies.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into operational execution.
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision making.
