The team
As part of the MVH Europe Finance function, you'll join a collaborative and highly influential Financial Operations team responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of Procure-to-Pay and Travel & Expense operations across Europe. Working closely with the Senior Director Financial Operations, Governance & Control, Global Process Owners, Global Business Services teams, and business leaders across multiple countries, you'll help shape the future operating model and drive continuous improvement. This is a fast-paced, strategic leadership environment where operational excellence, stakeholder partnership, process transformation, and strong governance are at the heart of everything we do.
What we’re looking for
- Significant experience leading finance, accounting, shared services, or procurement operations, with at least 10 years' post-qualification experience
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams and technical leaders
- Strong transformation mindset with experience driving process improvement, standardisation, and operational change programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to engage at all organisational levels.
- Degree in Finance or a related discipline. Professional qualifications such as CPA, CMA, CFA, or ACCA and experience working with BPO providers are advantageous.
