Overview
We are building a world-class commercial enablement engine that powers Tesla’s growth in Sales & Delivery across EMEA. We’re looking for a results-driven Project Manager, Sales & Delivery Training to lead the execution and operationalization of scalable, outcome-focused learning programs that accelerate performance, drive consistency, and future-proof our frontline teams.
This is not an administrative or scheduling role. This is a PMO-style business enablement position—a strategic operator who treats training as a product, manages it like a portfolio, and delivers it with discipline, speed, and measurable impact. You will own the full lifecycle of training initiatives—from intake and prioritization to design alignment, cross-functional execution, deployment, and performance measurement.
Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager EMEA, you’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership, Delivery Leadership, Product, Sales Excellence, and Instructional Design teams to ensure our training programs are tightly aligned to business goals, performance gaps, and market needs.
What You'll Do-
Own the EMEA Sales & Delivery Training Roadmap & Delivery Calendar, ensuring strategic alignment, capacity planning, and transparent prioritization across markets and functions.

Lead Structured Intake & Prioritization of new training requests using business impact assessments, ROI frameworks, and stakeholder alignment to ensure only high-value initiatives move forward.

Translate Strategy into Actionable Programs, converting business objectives and performance insights into clear training requirements, success metrics, and implementation plans.

Run Cross-Functional Training Programs with PM Discipline: manage kickoffs, timelines, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communication, and change control—just as you would in any core business initiative.

Operationalize Training at Scale: ensure all programs follow standardized frameworks for design, delivery, assessment, certification, and measurement—enabling repeatability, consistency, and reduced custom builds.

Drive Operational Readiness in partnership with Training Operations: coordinate LMS releases, tooling updates, communications, role enablement, and phased rollouts to ensure smooth adoption.

Partner with SMEs, Product, and Sales Excellence to ensure content is technically accurate, role-specific, and tied directly to key customer and business outcomes.
What You'll Bring-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, project Management or a related field.

Strong understanding of learning theories and adult learning principles

Proven project and program management experience in fast-paced environments—ideally within Sales Enablement, Commercial PMO, Delivery Operations, or L&D.

Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Delivery, Product, or Operations stakeholders.

Excellent organizational, prioritization, and self-management skills—able to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously under tight timelines as well as a hgh proficiency in English, with exceptional communication, presentation, and influence skills—capable of engaging leaders and driving alignment without direct authority.

Experience with LMS platforms, content development lifecycles, assessment design, and certification models is a strong plus.

Operational mindset with a track record of applying roadmap/build/run/measure discipline to enablement or training programs.
