Within high-tech machine building, the delivery of components is increasingly making way for the facilitation of next-generation chip technology. As a Quality Engineer at Lamers High Tech Systems (part of Aalberts advanced mechatronics) in Nijmegen, you are responsible for finding the ideal balance between the highest product quality and ensuring a flawless high-tech production process.You will work closely with engineering and production teams and report to the Quality Manager.
Your contributions:
Ownership of your portfolio: You are the primary contact for quality regarding one specific customer and lead the weekly consultation to ensure the progress of the 8D process.
Root Cause Analysis: You coordinate containments and perform thorough analyses (CAPA) to find and structurally solve the core of a problem.
Cross-functional collaboration: You work together with engineering and production to implement solutions and ensure operators are trained to prevent future errors.
Strategic roadmap: Besides daily dynamics, you contribute to long-term improvement projects that elevate our organization and delivery performance.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business engineering field.
Demonstrable experience with quality systems in a production or cleanroom environment.
Strong analytical skills and experience with improvement methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis and the 8D process.
Communicative skills in both Dutch and English; you stand firm when dealing with international customers.
A hands-on team mentality and the drive to make quality measurable and sustainable.

Salary between €3,700 and €5,000 gross per month (based on full-time).
26 vacation days + 13 ADV days (with the option to sell these days).
