We are currently looking for a Supply Chain & Project Support (9-12 months)
Full-time position (40 hours/week)
In your role as Supply Chain & Project Support, you are part of the Supply Chain team within our Procurement Services department, reporting directly to the Global Supply Chain Manager.
The Supply Chain & Project Support, provides assistance to the Global Supply Chain Manager in the execution of global freight and logistics activities, operational coordination, and supply chain improvement projects. The role focuses on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining data accuracy, supporting supplier performance processes, and enabling the Global SC Manager to focus on IDA’s priority SC projects.
We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced supply chain environment. You bring strong coordination and follow-up skills, ensuring activities are well-organised, deadlines are met, and actions are consistently tracked and completed. With solid communication skills, you convey information clearly and effectively to a range of stakeholders. You have a good understanding of supply chain and operational processes and are able to apply this knowledge to support day-to-day execution and continuous improvement. You work accurately with data, maintain high data quality, and use an analytical mindset to identify issues, trends, and opportunities. As a proactive team player, you take initiative, collaborate effectively, and contribute to smooth operations across teams. You are able to quickly adapt to new environments, understand priorities, and quickly take ownership of your responsibilities.
