Before the kitchen team starts their service at full speed, you kick things off by preparing everything in advance. As a Kitchen Assistant, you help with the mise-en-place and carry out both preparatory and operational tasks in the kitchen. You assist with washing, cutting, mixing, and straining. The rules regarding hygiene and HACCP are nothing new to you. You are social, flexible, and creative.
