In this role, you own delivery performance across multiple client accounts, overseeing multiple Data & AI projects. You maintain senior client relationships and ensure consistent delivery quality, predictability, and commercial performance across the portfolio. You bring structure to complexity, align stakeholders around shared priorities, and ensure end-to-end coherence across the client portfolio.

Leads delivery performance across a defined set of client accounts. Acts as the senior delivery authority within those accounts—coordinating multiple data & AI focussed projects, maintaining strong client relationships at account level, and ensuring Xomnia's work creates consistent value.

Own delivery performance across a portfolio of client accounts, including quality, client satisfaction, and delivery predictability.

Act as the senior delivery leader, with direct responsibility for leading strategic and complex client engagements from initiation through successful delivery

Lead and support Delivery Leads across the portfolio, ensuring consistency and effective escalation management across projects.

Partner with business, sales, and technical teams on pre-sales activities, including proposal development, delivery scoping, stafffing and feasibility input.

Identify opportunities to expand and deepen client relationships across the portfolio.

Ensure alignment between commercial commitments and delivery execution.

Evolve delivery frameworks and AI-enabled methodologies that improve scalability and predictability.

Champion modern delivery practices that improve quality, efficiency, and collaboration through AI.

10+ years of experience in portfolio management, delivery leadership, or technology-driven transformation environments.

Proven track record leading complex, multi-workstream Data & AI programs in enterprise environments.

Experience managing multiple client engagements and senior stakeholder relationships simultaneously.

Experience using AI tools in a structured and intentional way to support portfolio management, decision-making, and delivery oversight

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, including experience engaging executive leadership.

Affinity with modern delivery methodologies, AI-enabled ways of working, and organisational transformation.

Fluent in both Dutch and English.
