SALES ORDER PROCESS SPECIALIST
Functieprofiel Medewerker Verkoopadministratie
Verricht zelfstandig alle voorkomende werkzaamheden met betrekking tot de instandhouding en verbeteren van de commerciële relatie met de gespecialiseerde distributie.
Plaats van de functie in de organisatie:
U rapporteert aan de Customer Experience Manager.
Doelstelling:
Het zorgen voor tijdige en correcte levering van apparatuur en/of onderdelen door het verwerken van aanvragen van dealers en klanten en interne orders en de logistieke verwerking van die orders.
WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE
Functie-eisen:
Opleiding :
- minimaal MBO-niveau, commerciële vakopleidingen of relevante werkervaring
Deskundigheid en ervaring:
- goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
- goede kennis van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
- goede beheersing van gangbare kantoorautomatisering (Office, Outlook, Salesforce, ERP systemen…)
- kennis van beleid, doelstelling en structuur van de organisatie; administratieve, logistieke, financiële en commerciële processen en debiteuren administratie.
Communicatie
Er zijn mondelinge en schriftelijke contacten met:
- Distributeurs, servicepartners en eindklanten
- de direct leidinggevende met betrekking tot de werkzaamheden;
- de relaties van de organisatie en transporteurs;
- verschillende interne afdelingen.

- mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheid
- correctheid en vertrouwelijkheid in handelen
- cliëntvriendelijk, dienstverlenend en representatief
- resultaatgericht (kwalitatief en kwantitatief)
- weet prioriteiten goed in te schatten
- affiniteit met en interesse in het bedrijf
- teamgeest en collegiale houding
- zelfstandigheid en initiatief, creatief en flexibel
- accuraat en stressbestendig, snelheid en nauwkeurigheid van handelen
- eigen initiatief ten aanzien van werkomgeving en werkomstandigheden
is in staat om werkzaamheden snel te beheersen
