Your Role
As an Operations Customer Expert, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions through digital channels (phone and email), ensuring service clarity, operational efficiency, and revenue compliance.
You will act as a key contact point for transport and logistics professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for drivers and transport companies
- Provide information regarding road usage and toll systems
- Support revenue collection processes
- Manage debt communication when applicable
- Ensure clear and professional customer communication
- Contribute to operational and service performance targets
Your Profile
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle structured processes and operational tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment
- EU passport or valid work authorization for Portugal
Preferred:
- Experience in customer service, operations, logistics, or administrative roles
Working Conditions
- Remote from continental Portugal
- Possibility to work 20, 25 or 30 or 40 hours a week
- Part-time is possible for the start dates 01/06 and 06/07 (total of 10 positions)
- Availability: Monday till Friday between 6.00h - 19.00h > candidates need to be fully available within this timeframe
- Training is full time
Training
You will receive 3 weeks intensive onboarding and professional training before starting your role, including:
- Systems and tools training
- Product and service knowledge
- Customer communication best practices
- Operational procedures
Training is compensated upon successful completion.
